INCLUSIONS FOR ALL CHARTERS

• Full Board Meal (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and 2 time snacks)
• Diving – up to 4 dives/day
• Tank, weight and weight belts
• Water, Soft Drink, Juice, Balinese Coffee & Tea
• Wi-Fi – we use local mobile phone operator, so signal can be intermittent
• Water Sports (canoe, paddle board, towable water tube
• Airport transfers on embarkation & disembarkation days.
• Land based hotel transfers on embarkation & disembarkation days from designated
  area.

• Alcoholic beverages & espresso
• Flights and Hotel before and/or after the cruise check in and check out dates
• Dive Equipment Rental
• Dive Course
• Massages
• Crew gratuities
• Fuel Surcharge (when applicable)

INDIVIDUAL BOOKING

PAYMENT TERMS

• 25% deposit no later than 8 days after invoice is sent
• 75% balance no later than 90 days prior to boat departure day
• Full payment is required within 5 days for booking made within 90-31 days before
  boat departure day
• Full payment is required within 2 days for booking made in 30 days or less before boat
  departure day
• If any of the payments are not received by the due date stated on the invoice, the
  reservation will be automatically cancelled without notice. Then below cancellation
  policy will be applied.

CANCELATION 

• 91 days or more, received deposit will be refunded less 10% of total invoice amount
  for administration fee
• 90 days or less no refund will be given

GROUP (MIN 7 GUEST) & CHARTER BOOKINGS

PAYMENT TERMS

• First 25% non refundable deposit no later than 8 days after invoice is sent
• Second deposit of 25% no later than 150 days prior to boat departure day
• 50% balance no later than 120 days prior to boat departure day
• Full payment is required within 5 days for booking made less than 120 days before
  boat departure day
• If any of the payments are not received by the due date stated on the invoice, the
  reservation will be automatically cancelled without notice. Then below cancellation
  policy will be applied.

CANCELATION 

• Cancellation made within 150 days and more, loss first deposit & charter right
• Cancellation made between 120 – 149 days, loss first, second deposits & charter
  right
• Cancellation made within 119 days and less, loss charter right & no refund will be
  given

PAYMENT METHOD

All payments are required by wire transfer or bank deposit directly into our bank account.
Payments must be performed as indicated in the invoice.
Bank charges: Only net amount received will be recognized.
Bank charges or other fee will be considered client’s expenses. Credit card payment is not
accepted for prepayments.

ON BOARD FACILITY

All indoor spaces on board Tiare are equipped with air conditioner to ensure your comfort.
Wifi is accessible in the whole area of the boat except in some remote areas.Sound system is
also provided public areas both indoor and outdoor should you want to enjoy some music.
However, this is not available inside the cabins.

• Lounge Area:
  – Lounge Area is equipped with the following:
  – 1 unit espresso (coffee) machine
  – 1 fruit extractor
  – 1unit American coffee machine
  – 1 basket with herbal teas, sugar, cocoa, etc.
  – 1 unit water dispenser – hot and cold
  – 1 unit refrigerator filled with soft drinks, milk, fruits, teas, ice cream, etc.
  – 1 white wine fridge
  – 1 red wine fridge
• Diving:
  – Our diving activities are facilitated with the following:
  – 2 units diving boats, 6 meters long equipped with 90 HP engines
  – 6 diver stations complete with hot tea and coffee facility
  – 15 diving stations located in the aft for each diver to set up their diving gears
  – 15 pool towels in the aft, fresh and clean every morning
  – 2 hot showers in the aft
  – 15 beacon ENOS plus 1 receiving station for rescue. The beacon will be installed on
  each customer’s BCD, while the receiving station is on the diving boat. (see seareq
  site). If a guest has problems on surface, he may activate the bacon, the receiving
  station reports his position.
  – 1 unit oxygen tank on the main boat
  – 1 unit oxygen tank on diving boat and emergency kit

Shall our guests need additional equipment, on board Tiare we provide the following at
additional charge. Guests have to inquire by filling the request form upon reservation due to
limitation of stock.
