INCLUSIONS FOR ALL CHARTERS

• Full Board Meal (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and 2 time snacks);
• Water, Soft Drink, Juice, Balinese Coffee & Tea;
• Diving – up to 4 dives/day;
• Tank, weight and weight belts;
• Wi-Fi – we use local mobile phone operator, so signal can be intermittent
• Laundry;
• Water Sports (canoe, paddle board, towable water tube)
• Airport transfers on embarkation & disembarkation days;
• Land based hotel transfers on embarkation & disembarkation days from designated area.

EXCLUSIONS FOR ALL CHARTERS

• National Park and Port Clearance Fees;
• Nitrox US$ 15/diving day
• Alcoholic beverages & espresso;
• Flights and Hotel before and/or after the cruise;
• Dive Equipment Rental;
• Dive Course;
• Massages;
• Crew gratuities;
• Fuel Surcharge (when applicable)

PAYMENT TERMS

• 25% deposit no later than 7 days after invoice is sent
• 75% balance no later than 90 days prior to boat departure day
• Full payment is required within 5 days for booking made less than 90 days before boat departure day
• If any of the payments are not received by the due date stated on the invoice, the reservation will be automatically cancelled without notice. Then below cancellation policy will be applied.
• 91 days or more received deposit will be refunded less 10% of total ammount invoice for administration fee
• 90 days or less no refund will be given
• All payments are required by wire transfer or bank deposit directly into our bank account (as noted on our confirmation invoice). Payments must be performed as indicated in the invoice (no net of bank charges). Credit card payment is not accepted for prepayments.
